Digital Content Coordinator
Position Summary AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Content Coordinator to drive its mission of delivering engaging and impactful digital communications across the university. In this pivotal role, the Digital Content Coordinator will manage the execution, coordination, adaptation, and publishing of digital content across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with AUIB’s brand standards. Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Coordination: Support content planning and scheduling across digital platforms while maintaining a structured content calendar aligned with institutional priorities. Caption Writing & Content Adaptation: Develop and refine engaging captions and adapt content to suit different digital platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging. Content Publishing & Platform Management: Manage and execute content publishing across social media, website, and digital channels while ensuring proper formatting and optimization. Quality & Consistency Control: Review all content prior to publishing to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and consistency across all platforms. Content Tracking & Workflow Management: Maintain records of published content, support basic performance tracking, and contribute to improving content coordination and publishing workflows. Ideal Candidate Profile Content Management Skills: Strong ability to coordinate, organize, and execute digital content effectively across multiple platforms. Creative Writing Ability: Skilled in writing engaging, clear, and platform-appropriate captions and messaging. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing, formatting, and publishing content. Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. Education and Experience Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field. Years of Relevant Experience: 3–5 years of experience in digital content, social media, or communications roles. Specific Skills or Expertise: Experience managing content publishing across digital platforms; strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and content management workflows. Additional Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or communications are considered an advantage.
