Position Location This is a Remote role; travel of up to 20% is expected. Job Overview The Installation Analyst III provides analytical support to install hardware and software on platforms, to include ships.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties: Support planning and execution of system installations, upgrades, and site integrations for C4I systems. Conduct site surveys and help develop Site Integration Plans (SIPs), installation schedules, and related documentation. Coordinate installation activities with engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and Government teams. Review installation requirements and verify equipment readiness, power, space, and connectivity needs. Support equipment staging, bench testing, and operational testing before and after installation. Track installation progress and assist with issue resolution and change coordination. Prepare and maintain installation documentation, including as-built drawings, reports, and closeout packages. Support configuration management by verifying installed equipment and updating records in Government systems. Perform all other job-related duties assigned. Effectively coordinate a number of projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. Effective written and oral communication skills. Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Contributing to the successful completion of project initiatives. Job Requirements Mandatory: Ten (10) years of professional experience supporting the installation of hardware and software products. Current active Top Secret Security Clearance. Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position. Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract. Preferred: Familiarity with Government Contracts. Master’s Degree. Working Conditions: Position may be exposed to and is expected to protect internal/external confidential/unclassified information. Physical requirements: This job may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, and handling items weighing up to 50 pounds. Work requires the ability to operate a computer and work in a standard office environment, effectively communicate information in verbal and written form, read and review information and charts, perform analytical thinking skills, use sound judgement. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and reach to access items at various heights, including from floor level and overhead shelves. Comfortable with occasional climbing of ladders or step stools to retrieve or organize inventory. Must demonstrate a proactive and active approach to tasks requiring physical effort, with the ability to assist in warehouse duties without hesitation. Occasional travel may be necessary.
