Our volunteers play a vital role in making this happen. They bring passion, lived experience, and specialist skills that strengthen our services and improve the lives of the people we support. In return, we are committed to supporting, valuing, and developing every volunteer. We’re looking for a Reward Volunteer to join our Transformation and Systems Team, helping to shape the future of our pay and reward approach. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our Job Architecture project, supporting the review of current pay arrangements and helping to develop proposals for a fair, transparent, and equitable reward framework. What you’ll be doing As a Reward Volunteer, you will: Support the Head of Organisational Effectiveness with project work on Job ArchitectureHelp gather and organise information relating to pay, roles, and structuresAssist with data collation and analysis, identifying trends and key insightsContribute to the creation of briefing papers, summaries, and presentation materialsSupport preparation for meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussionsWork with Finance and Systems teams to maintain data trackers and draft modelsConduct market research to inform pay benchmarking and reward recommendationsAssist with job evaluation panels What we’re looking forWe are looking for someone who is: Knowledgeable in reward and pay best practiceConfident using Excel to analyse large datasetsA strong communicator, both written and verbalAble to work independently and manage their time effectivelyComfortable working with people across different roles and backgroundsOpen to feedback and continuous learningTrustworthy, with a strong commitment to confidentiality Why volunteer with us?At Change Grow Live, we believe in investing in our people.
