Growth & Community Operator
We’re hiring a Growth Operator to help us understand where users already gather, what they care about, and how trust and traction emerge inside online communities. This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll spend time inside Reddit, Twitter/X, Discord, forums, creator ecosystems, and niche online communities identifying: recurring pain points language patterns emerging narratives power users and potential champions high-potential distribution channels We care more about curiosity, internet intuition, communication, and initiative than polished resumes. This is a fully remote position open to candidates globally. The team primarily operates within Central European Time (CET/CEST), Berlin working hours is expected for collaboration and communication. Tasks In your first phase, we expect you to build a strong understanding of the landscape and generate actionable go-to-market insights through direct community engagement. Early indicators of success include: A prioritized list of high-potential communities to target Real user pain points, recurring language patterns, and traction signals Early relationships with creators, power users, and potential champions Messaging angles validated through real community engagement Clear recommendations on which channels and narratives to scale further This role is intentionally exploratory and high-agency; we value strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to uncover insights that shape broader GTM strategy.
