Senior Enrollment Consultant (Remote) Location: Remote (Must reside in: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA) Employment Type: Full-Time Stop selling. We are looking for a 10+ year professional who knows how to help law firm owners diagnose exactly what is keeping them stuck—and has the courage to tell them the truth. How to Manage a Small Law Firm (HTM) is not looking for a pitchman. We are looking for a Decision Guide. As a Senior Enrollment Consultant, you don’t just sell a program—you lead structured discovery that helps entrepreneurial law firm owners diagnose why they are stuck. This is a high-trust, high-performance enrollment role, where success is measured by quality of fit and courage of conversation. The Mission: What You’ll Do This is a consultative role enrolling law firm owners into HTM’s coaching and advisory programs. You will: Lead 1:1 Discovery: Conduct structured conversations to uncover revenue goals, failure patterns, and growth bottlenecks. Diagnose & Prescribe: Determine whether an HTM program is the right solution. If yes, guide them toward enrollment; if no, respectfully disengage. Manage the Pipeline: Maintain disciplined CRM usage and consistent, thoughtful follow-up with long-cycle prospects. Drive Outcomes: Enroll qualified owners into our 5-Week Virtual Bootcamp and our Membership Waiting List. Collaborate & Travel: Occasionally attend live events and national conferences with the team. The Ideal Profile: Decision Guide vs. Salesperson This role is for professionals who understand that empathy and accountability are partners—not opposites. You are not here to make prospects “feel good;” you are here to help them make the right decision for their future. Are a CRM Disciplinarian: You win through structured follow-up and data—not charm alone. Practice Radical Candor: You can tell a prospect they’re not a fit—with clarity, respect, and purpose. This Is NOT the Role for You If You: Use high-pressure tactics or “closing tricks.” Struggle with organization in a remote, autonomous environment. Avoid challenging conversations to stay “liked.” Need constant direction on who to call and when. Your Professional DNA 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in executive recruiting, high-ticket consultative sales, or business advisory.
