Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Manager to support our growing operations. This role is responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. You will serve as a key driver for operational efficiency, implementation of operating standards and procedures, from new branch installations to acquisition integration across our Distribution, Warehouse, and Service departments. This is a remote position with travel expected at 75%

What You'll Do

Support new branch openings, system installations, and acquisition integrations. Improve operational efficiency by analyzing business and user needs within Distribution, Warehouse, and Service departments. Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering equipment capacity, limitations, and desired results. Document system requirements and translate them into proper technical specifications. Revise existing system logic difficulties and provide technical solutions. Lead and check the work of operations personnel and provide necessary training. Develops appropriate communication tools for a division or area.
