We’re looking for a Project Manager, with focused experience in integrated marketing, to serve as the operational driver for some of our largest higher education-focused client teams. This individual will help drive integrated marketing and enrollment campaigns forward by coordinating internal workflows, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned and moving efficiently. The Project Manager plans, coordinates and manages the internal team’s resourcing, systems and workflow, from start to finish. This role ensures that the entire team is working at the highest level of efficiency with the right resources to deliver for our clients across every channel, every day. The Project Manager will work closely with every department at Yes&–account management, creative, production, strategy, finance, media, PR, social, with additional collaboration with the paid media and digital teams based on the clients needs. This role will focus on ensuring the work is being planned in a way where the right resources are being allocated to the right assignments and the team can get the work done in the short and long term. The Project Manager will also manage the systems and processes that help work flow smoothly through the agency …no scrambling and no surprises. The Project Manager will work across all integrated marketing and communications channels–video, print, OOH, social, digital, collateral, radio, events, etc. What you will do: This role will play a key operational role in coordinating integrated campaigns tied to enrollment and recruitment objectives, ensuring alignment across paid media, creative, strategy, analytics, and account teams. Coordinate integrated campaign workflows, project schedules, specifications, and resource allocations across paid media, creative, strategy, analytics, account, and vendor teams. Manage timelines tied to enrollment and recruitment cycles, ensuring key milestones and launch dates are met. Plan complex, multifaceted projects to ensure delivery within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Proactively identify project risks, resource gaps, or timeline conflicts and escalate solutions early. Lead internal status meetings and ensure next steps, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly documented. Help standardize project management processes and improve operational efficiency across the client team. Collaborate with Account Management on timelines, scopes of work, and digital file management systems. Facilitate key steps of Yes&’s internal Agile process. Work with department heads and resourcing managers (creative, strategy, digital, account) to assign appropriate resources to assignments. Review utilization reports and be proactive in the team’s long-term resource planning/management. Experience You Need:3 to 4 of experience in project management, marketing operations, or integrated agency workflow management. Agency experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting higher education, enrollment marketing, or mission-driven clients strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in advertising, communications, marketing, business or other related field. Fluency with the processes, terminology, and technologies related to integrated marketing campaigns, including creative development and production (across every channel), paid media, strategy, research, social media and measurement/tracking. Ability to juggle and manage multiple complex deliverables, projects and accounts at the same time. Superior communication, writing, research, and oral presentation skills. Experience with managing internal creative, paid media, social media and strategic communications teams, as well as external vendors and freelance consultants. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with ClickUp and Workamajig tools a plus.
