Recruitment Consultant (High Volume)
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant (High Volume) who can recruit our entry level retail roles.
Key Responsibilities
Support a Talent Partner, primarily on sourcing and pipeline management Handle high-volume recruitment (top priority) Conduct phone screenings, including: Role fit assessment Culture fit evaluation Maintain active communication with hiring managers and Talent Partners Manage full recruitment lifecycle: Opening and closing job requisitions Scheduling interviews and sending calendar invites Managing ATS (Dayforce) Updating candidate status and uploading reports in the system Build and maintain an active talent pool
Qualifications
Experience in recruiting end to end high volume 50+ roles Experience working in a retail organisation (preferrable) and knowledge of retail roles Knowledge and experience using Indeed, Seek and Dayforce and Checkmate background check system Good Microsoft office and Teams experience Very good English, and general communication skills across written and spoken Time efficient and can multi-task Tools & Platforms Indeed – primary sourcing channel SEEK – secondary channel Dayforce – ATS and reporting Other Considerations Emphasis on quick endorsements and timely hiring to support business needs Preference for candidates aligned with the brand (female-focused) Apply To This Job
