Part-time driver recruiter – FedEx ISP (remote / work from home)
AP Mahant Logistics Corp is an Independent Service Provider (ISP) operating under the FedEx Ground network. We run a last-mile delivery fleet and are growing our driver team. We take pride in running a professional, well-organized operation and take care of the people who work with us. What you'll do
- Monitor and respond to driver candidates on Indeed and other platforms daily
- Screen candidates to confirm interest, availability, and basic eligibility to deliver FedEx packages
- Send qualified candidates a pre-screening application, which includes a drug screen and physical/DOT requirements overview
- Follow up with candidates who haven't completed their application — answer questions and help them through the process
- Keep a simple log of candidate status and update us regularly· Coordinate with our operations team to schedule next steps for ready-to-hire applicants
What we're looking for
- Strong people skills and clear in your communication
- Reliable and self-directed: able to log in each day and work independently without being micromanaged
- Comfortable with messaging platforms and basic computer use (email, spreadsheets or simple tracking tools)
- Prior recruiting, HR, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required· Must be available to dedicate a few focused hours each day, Monday through Friday
Compensation & details
- $250 per week, paid every Friday
- 100% remote work from home on your own schedule within the agreed daily window
