- Provide virtual therapy and clinical social work services to diverse clients
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance client outcomes
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LICSW license in the state of Minnesota
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
