Remote Senior Advisor (High-Ticket Closer)

Job Summary Jefferson Consulting Inc. is the company behind Coach Kelly J, a nationally recognized coaching and business education brand helping coaches, consultants, therapists, and service providers build scalable businesses, master client enrollment, and create long-term momentum. We are currently hiring a Remote Senior Advisor (High-Ticket Closer) to join our sales team. This is not a cold calling role.You will speak with qualified leads who have already engaged with our workshops, trainings, events, and programs and are actively seeking support with growing their business. Our team is built around structure, leadership, performance, and culture. We are looking for someone who can close with confidence while also protecting the integrity of the client experience. What You’ll Be Selling You will primarily close clients into:

• Platinum Coaching Mentorship PLUS ($5,000 PIF / $6,500 financed)
• Momentum Mastermind ($12,000+)

These programs help clients build sustainable businesses through client enrollment mastery, scalable business models, personal branding, sales systems, and implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom-based enrollment calls with qualified leads
• Help prospects make aligned decisions based on their goals and readiness
• Follow the company sales process and CRM standards
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates
• Attend required sales meetings, trainings, and team huddles
• Collaborate with setters, leadership, and coaching teams to ensure a high-level client experience
• Consistently improve through call reviews, feedback, and implementation

Compensation

• Commission-based structure
• On-track earnings: $10,000–$15,000+ monthly
• Qualified leads provided internally

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has minimum 1 year experience closing high-ticket offers ($5K–$10K+ preferred)
• Is confident leading sales conversations on Zoom
• Has strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Can build trust without sounding scripted or pushy
• Thrives in structured, high-performance environments
• Is coachable, accountable, and solutions-oriented
• Has a professional remote setup with strong internet reliability
• Understands that sales is both service and leadership
