Position Overview Mysa Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide home infusion and injection services. This role offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule and patient caseload while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of specialty therapies. Key Responsibilies
- Administer intravenous (IV) infusions and injections in home and community settings
- Perform patient assessments before, during, and after therapy
- Monitor for adverse reactions
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications, administration, and side effect management
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Coordinate with pharmacies and healthcare providers as required
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of medications and supplies, including controlled substances where applicable
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience with IV infusion therapy preferred
- Strong venous access skills
- Current BLS certification (ACLS an asset, where applicable)
- Experience in home health, infusion therapy, or specialty pharmacy settings is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
