As an Experienced Work-From-Home Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and sales opportunities
- Recognizing and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
- Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers

- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
