Job Summary
As an E-commerce Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online store, including listing optimization, PPC campaigns, A+ Content creation, FBA shipment, and inventory management. This is a part-time remote work opportunity, requiring you to work from home with your own laptop and an undisturbed workspace.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and optimize listings on Amazon.com (USA) to improve product visibility and sales
- Develop and execute PPC campaigns to drive traffic to our online store
- Create high-quality A+ Content to enhance product listings and improve customer engagement
- Manage FBA shipments and inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Utilize image and video editing skills to create visually appealing product listings
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Amazon's policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA
- Knowledge of PPC advertising and campaign management
- Skilled in image and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
