Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Inbound Virtual Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex problems
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
- Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working independently in a home office setting, with minimal supervision
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment
- A home office setup with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups
- High-level professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
- Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
- Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
- Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

- Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum
- Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum

- RAM 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
- A home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer
- A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
