The Role
As a Hybrid Analyst, Markets & Customers, you'll partner with Marketing and Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into analytical requirements, solutions, and insights. You'll define metrics and perform analyses to uncover trends, performance drivers, and outliers for high-value customer growth initiatives. Your expertise will help create dashboards to enable partners to answer recurring questions and act on metrics using self-service tools. You'll present results to partners at different levels and promote best practices among peers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Marketing and Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into analytical requirements, solutions, and insights
- Define metrics and perform analyses to uncover trends, performance drivers, and outliers for high-value customer growth initiatives
- Create dashboards to help partners answer recurring questions and act on metrics using self-service tools
- Present results to partners at different levels
- Promote best practices among peers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer acquisition
- Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Who We're Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science role
- Experience defining metrics, analyzing data, and applying frameworks to inform decisions
- Experience translating results into clear stories and recommendations
- Experience building dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and working with large datasets using SQL; knowledge of dbt a plus
- Experience running experiments
- Knowledge of statistical concepts, such as experimental design, hypothesis testing, and regression, and tools such as Python
- Knowledge of B2B or premium customer acquisition, marketing, or product development a plus
- Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable handling open-ended questions
- Outcomes-oriented, curious, proactive, and collaborative

Cash Compensation Range:
* $85,500 - $138,000 USD
- The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria, including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

As a Hybrid Analyst, Markets & Customers, you'll work from our New York City headquarters (3 days per week) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
