Role Summary

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling real-time customer inquiries via live chat in a browser-based platform
  • Answering questions about account access, promo codes, orders, and subscription options
  • Sending links to help guides, product pages, and tracking information
  • Copy/pasting approved responses or tailoring them based on the situation
  • Tagging and summarizing each conversation for internal reference
  • Routing technical issues to senior team members when outside your scope

Pay & Scheduling Details

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25, with a performance-based raise to $30–$35 after 4 weeks. Shifts are scheduled weekly using our online dashboard, allowing you to choose the blocks that work best for you. You can change your availability every week.

Our training program is designed to take just a few hours, not weeks. You'll complete:

  • Two video-based onboarding sessions
  • A chat simulator with guided prompts
  • One live practice session with a mentor
  • Feedback review before your first real shift
