Work Outline
The Geographic Data Analyst will be responsible for creating geographic data for assigned areas, developing PC-generated maps and reports, and providing administrative support to local Deal Makers.
Key Responsibilities and Obligations
* Plan PC-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts for the needs of assigned districts using MapInfo as specified by local Deal Makers.
- Process requests and inquiries directly from arenaflex Activities for market strategy guides and presentation materials.
- Perform a variety of project-specific tasks, including research and analysis of data as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to local Deal Makers by preparing accurate and timely cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, preparing visit books, and meeting other administrative needs as specified.
- Perform general office duties, including answering incoming calls, receiving office visitors, mail handling and preparation, ensuring all office equipment, ensuring computers are working accurately, recording, booking deliveries, and requesting office supplies.
Required Skills and Competencies
* General knowledge of geographic data systems.
- Knowledge of data analysis and insights presentation.
- Capability in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
* Capability in MapInfo.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in GIS or two years of relevant work experience in geographic data systems.
