Your Core Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional text-based support to our customers through live chat and email. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries through chat and email using a browser-based dashboard
  • Resolving order issues, subscription updates, and billing concerns using templates
  • Escalating technical issues to Tier 2 teams when needed
  • Maintaining accurate summaries for each conversation
  • Delivering consistent, friendly communication across multiple tickets

Pay & Scheduling Details

* Starting at $25/hour

  • Raise eligibility to $30–$35/hour after 30 shifts with positive customer satisfaction and resolution reviews
  • Shift blocks are self-selected each week, with a minimum of 15 hours/week

Training Program

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. You'll receive:

  • 2 hours of onboarding video modules
  • 3 practice chat/email tickets with guidance
  • First shift monitored by QA lead
  • Go live in 3–5 business days
