Job Summary

As an Experienced Home Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You'll work closely with our team to resolve discrepancies, reconcile eligibility records, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote opportunity that offers the flexibility and autonomy you need to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of data to identify discrepancies and errors

  • Resolve problems and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reconcile eligibility records between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Provide training and support to colleagues as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, healthcare administration)
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional)
