Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing contact center support for federal student loans, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, and ensuring that our clients receive the personalized assistance they need to manage their accounts effectively. You'll work in a fast-paced, structured environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
