Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Documenting customer interactions and updating our knowledge base to improve our processes
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
- Working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to our product development team
Essential Qualifications
