As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing support and guidance on a range of benefits and services. - Educating and advocating for our customers about their employer-provided benefits, including health and wellness, 401(k) retirement savings plans, pension plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and system navigation
- Meeting key components, including:
+ Connection: Building meaningful and lasting relationships with customers through every interaction + Increasing Customer Satisfaction: Solving complex issues with empathy and dedication, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records + Reducing Customer Effort: Combining technical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills to make customers feel appreciated and taken care of ### Essential Functions
- Working in a smoke-free environment
- Utilizing computer applications to assist customers
- Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, telephone etiquette, and basic computer skills
### Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience level: Experienced
- High school diploma or equivalent required
### Skills and Competencies
- Customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in navigating dynamic and rapidly evolving work environments
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
