The Role
As a Customer Follow-Up Specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting with our customers to ensure they've had a great experience with arenaflex. Your primary objective will be to follow up with customers to gather feedback and encourage them to share their experiences through online reviews. This is a simple and straightforward position that requires about 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive daily customer information via a Google Sheet
- Use our OpenPhone system (training provided) to add customers as contacts
- Call and text customers to check in on their experience, making sure they feel heard and appreciated
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave a 5-star review
- Consistently follow simple procedures to ensure high-quality customer interactions
What We're Looking For
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Ability to follow simple procedures consistently
- Reliable availability Monday–Friday
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets and OpenPhone
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

* Experience in customer service or sales roles
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Basic knowledge of online review platforms and social media
