Job Summary:
As an Experienced Customer Success Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics, project planning methodologies, and technical expertise to drive business success and maximize customer investments in our SaaS products and subscriptions. You'll develop and execute project plans, build strong relationships with customers and executives, and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities that align with customer needs. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer engagement, promote compliant and successful digital transformation, and optimize the use of arenaflex's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive business success and enhance product adoption
- Develop and execute project plans and account strategies to improve customer satisfaction and executive relationship management
- Apply engineering principles to support the implementation and effective use of arenaflex cloud technologies and services
- Analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities that align with customer needs and drive long-term value creation
- Proactively manage programs across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and promote a compliant and successful digital transformation
- Telecommute work permitted up to 100% from the West Coast of the U.S. due to customer locations
Essential Qualifications:
* Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field
- Two (2) years of experience building customer relationships and optimizing project efficiency
- Two (2) years of experience in:
+ Information Systems and Technology Product Management + Project Planning Methodologies (GANTT or IDEF) + Software as a Service (SaaS) + Product Roadmap Planning + Technical Project Management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, executives, and internal stakeholders
- Experience with arenaflex's SaaS products and subscriptions, or similar cloud-based technologies
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, executives, and internal stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute project plans and account strategies

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base pay range: $154,855 to $184,855
- Merit increases, annual bonus, and stock awards based on individual performance
- Sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits
- Up to 10 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours Holistic Health Time Off per calendar year
