Job Summary
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and processing orders and requests. You'll work from home, using your computer and communication skills to interact with customers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
toward customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
via phone, email, or chat.
Communicate with customers
through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
accurately and efficiently.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues
as necessary to resolve issues and improve processes.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
to help us improve our services.
Key Requirements

Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time
.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in a highly transactional call center environment
.
Excellent customer service and critical thinking
skills.
High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher)
and consistent connection.
Work location must be set up with a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi)

Education

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Training and Support

4 weeks of virtual training
to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
Ongoing support and coaching
from experienced colleagues and managers.
Schedule

Monday-Friday
schedule, with flexibility to start as early as 7 am CST and end as late as 7 pm CST.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
