Role Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be the voice and personality of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. You'll be responsible for responding to customer queries with empathy and efficiency, managing live chat and providing real-time assistance, and escalating issues to higher management when necessary. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* No experience required, but enthusiasm and a passion for customer service are a must

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using technology, including live chat software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
