Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and text, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Contacting customers regarding balances, billing, and sales support
  • Improving operational efficiencies by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes
  • Participating in special projects as needed, such as training, process improvement, or new product launches
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed solutions to customers

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in PC software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process and manage customer information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Basic understanding of Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas
  • Willingness to submit to a background check
  • Availability to participate in in-person training with our NJ staff in West Orange and Sparta, NJ

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Knowledge of water purification systems and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer-facing systems

Compensation & Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $33,280.00 - $41,600.00 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
