Responsibilities

- Assisting passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating issues and providing suitable solutions
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Updating customer information and documenting interactions in the system accurately
- Collaborating with team members to discuss improvements and share feedback
- Staying informed about arenaflex's policies, promotions, and travel updates to provide accurate assistance
Requirements
To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent written communication skills to clearly and professionally interact with customers
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat software
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
