Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced AI developer to design and build a custom internal chatbot that will provide our team with secure, user-friendly access to company policies, workflows, FAQs, and procedures. The chatbot will also integrate with our CRM (Wealthbox) to retrieve financial planning history and client interactions. Key Responsibilities

As an AI developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and building a custom internal chatbot that integrates with Microsoft Teams
• Developing a self-learning AI model that can retrieve company policies, workflows, FAQs, and procedures from internal documentation
• Integrating the chatbot with Wealthbox CRM to retrieve financial planning history and client interactions
• Ensuring cybersecurity compliance by coordinating with our cybersecurity team to align with security and compliance policies
• Providing secure access for employees only and ensuring the chatbot is user-friendly for non-technical team members
• Collaborating with our team to refine the chatbot's functionality and user experience

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in AI development, chatbot design, and integration with Microsoft Teams
• Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and software development
• Experience with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Botpress, or Rasa
