Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist & Typist, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in the United States, with a competitive hourly rate of $25-$45 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting pay: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour

Schedule

* Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
