Major Responsibilities of the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving inbound calls from our customers within Canada, providing timely and effective support to resolve their inquiries and concerns
- Handling customer inquiries regarding product warranty and requests to book service calls on appliances, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution
- Completing transactions in real-time, working simultaneously with multiple software applications, and consistently following up on commitments in a timely manner
- Identifying and escalating unresolved matters, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A College or University degree or equivalent in experience, with a minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences
- Above-average team skills, with a desire to contribute in a highly interdependent team environment
- High computer literacy, with excellent keyboard skills and the ability to work with multiple software applications
- Dependability, self-sufficiency, internal motivation, and a strong commitment to customer service
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, within the following timeframes:
+ Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm ATL + Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm ATL
