Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing real-time assistance to customers through chat and email. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and refunds, as well as troubleshoot basic technical issues related to arenaflex services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is prompt, courteous, and professional.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and refunds via chat and email

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to arenaflex services
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer support
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering quick and accurate responses
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications & Skills

* No experience needed; training is provided

  • Strong written communication and typing speed (at least 40 wpm)
  • Ability to handle multiple chats at once
  • A customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (training provided)

* Previous customer service experience (in-person or remote)

  • Experience with chat and email support software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
