Responsibilities
As an Experienced Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data
- Monitoring chat queue and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, providing a seamless and personalized experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a live chat environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

- Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems, including our CRM system and other software applications
