Job Summary
As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our clients and helping them navigate the complexities of health insurance. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. - Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure. - Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support to customers. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, often in high-pressure situations. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry developments.
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes - High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus
