Job Overview

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. You will work closely with our experienced team to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Work closely with our experienced team to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Great phone skills required
  • Light Sales experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Customer service skills
  • Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
  • HVAC office experience a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!
