Program Overview

Our Customer Service Representative – Career Launch Program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the customer service industry. Through a combination of in-depth classes, internships, and personalized coaching, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of customer success, project management, data analytics, IT support, business operations, and network security & support. Our program is tailored to meet the needs of the modern workforce, and our graduates have gone on to secure employment and/or enroll in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation.

Key Responsibilities

As a participant in our program, you will be expected to:

  • Develop professional business and communication skills, including interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing support and guidance to help you launch your career
  • Participate in in-depth classes, including:

+ Application Development + Customer Success + Project Management + Data Analytics + IT Support + Business Operations + Network Security & Support

  • Complete an internship with one of our partner organizations, where you will gain hands-on experience and build your professional network
  • Receive personalized coaching and mentorship to help you achieve your career goals
  • Participate in regular check-ins and progress assessments to ensure you are on track to meet your goals

Eligibility

To be eligible for our program, you must:

  • Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
  • Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  • Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
