The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing assistance with orders and accounts, and driving sales and promoting products effectively. You'll work remotely to assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide a personalized experience for each caller. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders, and navigate multiple systems and screens to assist customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy and fast-paced environment
* Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
* Offer additional products on each customer interaction and assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
* Resolve customer issues, confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
* Work from home with a set schedule, including one weekend day and one weekday off
* Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
What You Bring
* Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique customer situations
* Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
* Strong communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
* Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens to assist customers
* Ability to sit for long periods of time and troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
* Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems and screens
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a virtual environment or remote customer service role
* Knowledge of retail and customer service principles and practices
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and objectives
* Experience with CRM software and ability to navigate multiple systems and screens
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting rate of $15.00/hour
* Shift differential available when applicable

* Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
* High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services not permitted)
* Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
