The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, which includes Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate. You'll work remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts, providing problem-solving and driving sales through effective product promotion. Your role will be critical in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls, providing assistance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and promote products effectively
- Utilize multiple systems and screens to assist customers, including our computer system requirements
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues to IT when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work a set full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays, with one weekend day and one weekday off
What You Bring
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate unique situations
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens, including our computer system requirements
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues to IT when necessary
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
- High-speed internet connection, with a reliable and secure connection
- Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
- Headset compatible with arenaflex's specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
- Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting rate of $15.00/hour
- Shift differential available when applicable
