Our Search Customer Experience team is responsible for the customer-facing features, information, and look & feel of search results on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices globally. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager - Technical, you will be responsible for developing a new core search product that will help customers get inspired, browse unfamiliar product categories, and explore the lay of the land on search. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining the CX vision and developing an actionable product roadmap
- Coordinating with tech, science, infrastructure, and UX teams to deliver results
- Working with global teams to identify and prioritize needs, and effectively influencing up and across the organization
- Synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high-quality search experiences that customers love
- Driving clarity from ambiguity and making strategic decisions that drive business value
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results and drive innovation
A Day in the Life
As a Senior Product Manager - Technical, you will thrive in a collaborative, creative, analytical, and fast-paced environment. You will enjoy diving deep into data, have well-developed analytical skills, excellent communication strategies, and experience with executive-level reviews. You will be comfortable interacting with technical software development teams and have the experience and capability to prepare documentation for senior executives.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree

* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Base pay ranging from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market
- Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
