Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Bel Air, MD. As a CSR, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing valuable insight into our services, and scheduling appointments for our clients. You will also dispatch our service technicians to fix any HVAC or plumbing issues and prioritize and enter data into our database. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers to effectively determine service needs and provide valuable insight into our services

  • Schedule appointments for our clients and organize sales calls
  • Dispatch our service technicians to fix any HVAC or plumbing issues
  • Prioritize and enter data into our database
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic knowledge about computers
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the HVAC and plumbing industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
