Experienced Analytics Manager, Customer – Data-Driven Decision Making for Business Growth

We're now seeking an experienced Analytics Manager, Customer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our Business Data Analytics team, you will work closely with key stakeholders across business strategy, marketing, operations, product, and R&D to develop data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be a catalyst to help the customer servicing function across Loans and Credit Cards to operate strategically using data

• Drive evaluation of competing priorities across business functions and appropriately disposition solutions that are right-sized and scalable
• Drive efficiency and growth by identifying new opportunities and hypothesis development using data
• Support business function leaders in planning, strategy development, and operational management through data
• Measure and evaluate Call Center and other servicing channels' performance and identify improvement levers
• Develop A/B test designs to implement a robust test and learn strategy
• Perform ad-hoc analysis ranging from open exploratory data analysis to specific root cause analysis
• Liaison with Engineering and Product to build sustainable and scalable data solutions to address business' current and future needs
• Own and manage BI reports becoming a focal point for business' data and analytics needs

What You Bring to the Table:

* 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with a bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant analytical experience with a master's degree in quantitative fields like Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, etc.

• 4+ years of working with and proficient in SQL and is excited about acquiring new technical skills
• 4+ years working with and proficient in any of the major BI platforms like Tableau or Sigma
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in using Python or R to solve analytical problems
• Technically hands-on and excited to drive initiatives end-to-end
• Passionate about solving real-world problems with data
• Has a growth mindset and takes proactive ownership
• Good verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in Credit Card, Loans, or other financial services is a plus
• Lives the 80/20 principle to maximize efficiency and results
