Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Home Office Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting patient information into our electronic medical records system. This is a remote position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

- Enter patient information accurately and timely into the electronic medical records system - Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness - Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines - Communicate with home health team members to reconcile any discrepancies in data - Review and update patient charts as needed - Assist in generating reports from the electronic medical records system - Provide support to other team members as needed - Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for data entry - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in data entry and familiarity with electronic medical records systems preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as a part of a team - Compassionate and empathetic towards patients and their families - Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations
