Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor to join our Lockbox Department in West Memphis, AR. As a Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for performing accurate and timely numeric input of check amounts, payee validation, and MICR correction while following specific instructions in the Lockbox customer's profile. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Processor in our Lockbox Department, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing data entry functions from checks image per clients' instructions
- Ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals
- Cross-training and providing support in other areas of the department as needed
- Working in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- 1 year of previous data-entry experience
- Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
- High School Diploma / equivalent
