Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Processor in our Lockbox Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by performing accurate and timely numeric input of check amounts, payee validation, and MICR correction. You will work in a team environment, ensuring that work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines. Responsibilities
* Perform data entry functions from checks image per clients' instructions
- Ensure accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals
- Cross-train and provide support in other areas of the department as needed
- Work in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
* 1 year of previous data-entry experience
- Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined)
- Team-oriented
- Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently
- Logical decisional-making rationale
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
- Must be able to work in a confidential environment
- Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally)
- Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel
Working Environment
* Fast-paced production environment
- Sitting position (100%)
- Exposure to moderate noise levels
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation and Benefits
The pay rate for this role is $16/hour.
