Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Data Entry Processor to join our Lockbox Department in Collierville, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing effective, timely, and accurate numeric input of check amounts, payee validation, and MICR correction while following specific instructions in the Lockbox customer's profile. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Processor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing data entry functions from checks image per clients' instructions
• Ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals
• Cross-training and providing support in other areas of the department as needed
• Working in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1 year of previous data-entry experience
• Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
• High School Diploma / equivalent
• Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined)
• Team-oriented
• Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently
• Logical decisional-making rationale
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
• Must be able to work in a confidential environment
• Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally)
• Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel

Working Environment

As an Experienced Data Entry Processor, you will work in a fast-paced production environment with moderate noise levels.
