Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our State Farm Agent team, you'll play a vital role in identifying customer needs, developing strategies to meet those needs, and marketing products and services that maximize value. You'll work closely with our experienced agents to establish and meet marketing goals, maintain a strong work ethic, and ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

* Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities and develop strategies to meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Insurance Sales experience

  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred)
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers and build strong relationships
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service

  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with State Farm products and services (a plus)
