About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our healthcare clients' members. You will work from home, interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web, providing support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support
- Helping customers resolve technical issues
- Assisting in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
- Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
- Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
- Being efficient in navigating multiple systems
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
