Key Responsibilities
As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Entering daily production data from paper or digital reports into spreadsheets and ERP systems.
- Reviewing production records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Communicating with production team members to clarify any discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems for production records.
- Generating reports and summaries from production data as requested.
- Collaborating with the operations and inventory teams to ensure data alignment across systems.
Qualifications and Skills
