Job Summary:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you, and receive a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid training, and generous PTO.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including phone, email, and chat support
- Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
- Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Drive to solve problems and meet goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
